Every watch from GMT Watches comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the watch movement and parts that stop the watch from working normally.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, misuse or accidents.
- Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance.
- Normal wear such as scratches on the case, glass or strap.
- Battery replacement.
- Watches opened or repaired by anyone other than GMT Watches.
How to claim
WhatsApp us on 01551700670 with your order number and a short video or photos of the problem. We will check the watch and repair or replace it.
